REFUND POLICY:
Due to the large increase in refunds we will not be offering refunds for the following reasons given:
1. If your child bought this without your knowledge or consent.
2. If you didn't know it was a 2D printable file and thought it was a physical item.
WATERMARKED:
Warning to those of you interested in reselling my work without permission, each file is watermarked to protect my products. On some products like shells the watermark is on the forehead. On all products the watermark is on the inside so it will not be seen on the outside.
PERSONAL USE ONLY:
No mass production, recast, or resale of prints/molds is allowed. File is not to be resold. If you'd like to make something of mine for others, contact me.
Finally, I stick to the description. I do not make exceptions
However, we will issue a refund if there's something genuinely wrong with the file itself.
